• Where products are supplied in presentation/gift packaging, they are returned with their presentation/gift packaging. Failure to do so could effect the value of the refund offered.
• Generic packaging need not be returned.
• Products must be returned unused.

• Sealed audio or video recordings or software, once unsealed.
• Services that have been fully performed before the cancellation period ends.
• Earrings and other Jewellery items.

We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances. You may be required to provide evidence of the damage or fault.
